How to cook
Steps to smile.

Add vermicelli and a pinch of salt to boiling water. Cook for 5–7 minutes.

Cook till al dente, or a minute more for a softer bite. Add 1 tsp of olive oil.

Drain the cooked vermicelli and rinse in fresh cold water.

Veggie roast vermicelli
- 01
Dry-roast 1 cup of vermicelli until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and sauté onions, green chillies and mixed veggies. Add water, turmeric and salt, then stir in the roasted vermicelli.

Cook until the water is absorbed and the vermicelli is tender. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
